Order Lineup Cards or Dugout Cards:
1. Complete the form to your right - include what you want the top portion of the cards to say and where we need to send them when printing is complete.
2. Send in the graphic of your team/school/league that you want printed on your cards.
3. After we get your order, we'll e-mail you a PDF proof of what your lineup cards or dugout cards will look like. You'll be asked to reply with changes or approval.
4.

After the proof is finalized and approved by you, we'll e-mail you an invoice and payment link. We need to have payment, or a Purchase Order, prior to sending your order.

We cannot send your order unless we have received payment.

Orders are sent within 10 business days of your approval of the proof.
